Noon PT (LISTEN NOW)
The Dr. Theresa Nicassio Show
Join me on Monday December 12th at noon PT on The Dr. Theresa Nicassio Show with Luciana Holmes from Eaton Arrowsmith School on HealthyLife.net – All Positive Talk Radio for an inspiring conversation from the heart about the practice of bringing mindfulness practices into the classroom..
Luciana will be sharing about how she uses mindfulness with the children she serves who live with learning and developmental challenges and what she has observed and learned through doing so. She’ll also talk about how Mindfulness and Non-Violent Communication can be very helpful for parents and how doing so herself has been an important part of her own self-development.
About Luciana Holmes
Luciana Holmes is passionate about teaching children. While she first became an Early Childhood Educator, her career path changed when her youngest son was diagnosed with dyslexia & ADHD. That experience led Lucianadown a rabbit-hole of service for children with special needs.
First an Orton-Gillingham tutor and then later a teacher and Principal at Eaton Arrowsmith Schools, empowering students and helping students with learning disabilities, autism, ADD and other challenges understand how to change their cognitive capabilities (and their lives) using neuroplasticity.

Do You Have A Question Or Topic You’d Like Me To Address?
#BecauseYouAsked…
The “Because You Asked” radio show segment was inspired by the plethora of questions friends and followers have been asking me since the YUM Project began. I can’t begin to tell you how moved I have been by the droves of email inquiries, social media messages, phone calls and in-person questions YUM and my speaking engagements have prompted! With such a demand, it will be terrific to be able to offer my reflections and information to an even broader audience.
If you have any topics or questions that you would like me to address, I’d love to hear from you!
